Wow, this place sure is nice.  Peaceful, and a lot of friendly people, plus free room and board.  I can't argue with that.  And I think I'll get along with my room mate, I mean, Rukia seems like a pretty good person.

Everyone I've met so far has been really nice to me; how're you settling in, Heather?  Rollo?

Last night while Rukia was asleep I started looking at my things, through my pockets.  Nothing to identify me, but... I've got some... pins and brooches.  Maybe they're medals?    They look kind of like military marks of honor.  ... and I've got this gauntlet... and a dozen of these weird... they look like big metal capsules, but I can't open them.  It doesn't make any sense.  Weapons?  Medals?

... was I a soldier?  But... the thought of going to war ... could I really do something like that?

I've taken a liking to this place myself~ Our stay here shouldn't be all that bad! The whole 'free' thing still simply SCREAMS 'SUSPICIOUS!!!' but I'll just take everything in stride.

Nothing wrong with being a warrior, though I could never be a solider, too many people trying to tell you what to do. Let me know when (or if) you get those capsules open. They look interesting.
