Ohmygodohmygod!!! Everyone is acting REALLY WEIRD right now!

But I have an explanation! COSMIC RAYS FROM SPACE are bombarding the island and changing everyone's behavior. It'll be okay if we just build a magic metal dome to cover the island until the cosmic storm is over! We need to get to work! Quickly! Before I or some of the really nice super powerful people around here turn evil or something!

Well I was reading some kid's novels at the library and some comics and thought that maybe the explanation for everyone's weird behavior was cosmic space radiation!

It seems like it can do about anything.

Oh, yeah, yeah, I'm perfectly normal still! I'm just trying to figure out an explanation for all of this, and this is my present theory.

Have things like this ever happened before?

Well~ not quite like THIS. But weird stuff happens from time to time.

Like one time the building was all made of some rubbery stuff and was like a moon jump!

And another time people got magically switched into other people's bodies and I was a little kid and got to use play structures I wouldn't fit in normally.

I'm so glad to see you have gone all weird too.

Those sound like they were a lot of fun.

As long as this stuff goes back to normal, I won't worry about it too much. Hopefully no one's getting too scared or doing anything bad...

Mm, maybe, but I highly doubt it. It's more likely that their weird behaviors are the result of bipolar disease or a multiple identity crisis.

I didn't realize bipolar was a disease.

Eh, it's technically a disorder. But a disorder normally can't spread from one person to another, so I figured there might be more than a simple disorder going on.

Perhaps there's a virus going around? A personality swap is an unusual symptom, I admit, but one I'm willing to think about for now.

I guess it makes about as much sense as my explanation, but I don't think it makes any more sense.

Really? ... I guess I'll go back to the drawing board. There's gotta be a good explanation somewhere.
